Clean Eating

I've been side tracked with my exercise, can't seem to be consistant with it. I'm a bit of an all or nothing kinda girl, if I can't do a least an hour workout and smash 600cals, then 'why bother'.  I really need to snap out of this mindset, it's a work in progress.

I've been hearing and now reading alot about 'Clean Eating'.  I'm giving it a go and starting to make changes.  There are a few takes on what 'Clean Eating' is, but for me it's about limiting my intake of processed foods and sticking to natural whole foods.

I'm loving The Gracious Pantry what a fabulous resource on the whole 'Clean Eating' lifestyle.  I tried the Super Berry Smoothie this morning....so yummy!! I was really thick like one of those Boost Juice smoothies, but with way less calories.  I really want to try one of the green smoothies, I'm a little apprehensive as they don't look particularly appetising, but I'm assured by many comments and reviews I've read, that they are in fact 'delish'.

I have one more day of work left, then I'm on holidays for three and a half weeks, I can't wait.  Really looking forward to not waking up to a screaming alarm, moving more, going to the beach.  I don't care if I don't look my best at the moment, part of my whole 'life is to be lived' attitude.  I have just as much right to play at the beach as the skinny girls do.  I'm looking forward to relaxing, trying new clean eating recipes and time with my family.

I'm looking forward to the New Year, I really want to make some changes and try some new things.
